Receptionist Part Time

Location: Hampton Manor of Punta Gorda, FL, 33950

We are seeking a friendly and professional receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
• Provide information to visitors and callers as needed
• Manage and maintain the reception area, including keeping it clean and organized
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Bi-lingual a plus
